Accounting Supervisor

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA (Hybrid eligible after 6 months)
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close and financial reporting
• Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with payroll processing as needed
• Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain vendor relationships
• Support operational and administrative tasks (e.g., mail handling)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external accounting firm

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Industry Experience: Background in construction, architecture, or engineering firms preferred
• Personality Fit: Friendly, communicative, proactive, and resilient - someone who enjoys team bonding and brings positive energy to the workplace
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of GAAP; experience with Ajira software is a plus
• Work Style: Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYEMENT, Hybrid schedule is potentially an option

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience
• Bonus: Discretionary year-end
• Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (approx. 80% employer-paid)
• 401(k): 3% employer contribution
• HSA: monthly employer contribution
